Technical Evaluator This position requires an active Public Trust clearance or the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance to be considered. As required by our governmental client, this position requires being a US Citizen. Cherokee Nation Integrated Health (CNIH) is seeking a Researcher/Evaluator who will conduct landscape analyses and interviews with immunization program staff, pediatric healthcare providers, and professional organizations to gather qualitative data on participation and experiences in the VFC program. The researcher will assess barriers and develop actionable recommendations for the CDC. Compensation & Benefits: Estimated Starting Salary Range for Technical Evaluator: Pay commensurate with experience. Technical Evaluator Responsibilities Include: Conduct comprehensive landscape analysis of CDC and jurisdictional VFC program requirements. Collaborate with immunization program staff and healthcare providers to identify perceived barriers to VFC program participation. Design and implement key informant interviews and focus groups to collect qualitative data. Document interviews, focus group discussions, and other research findings. Summarize research findings and present results to CDC and stakeholders in clear, actionable reports. Submit regular project updates to the CDC program manager. Perform other research-related duties as assigned. Technical Evaluator Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested: Graduate-level degree in public health, epidemiology, social sciences, or related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience conducting public health or program evaluation research. Experience with qualitative data collection methods such as interviews and focus groups. Proficiency in using research software and data analysis tools. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Capable of handling multiple tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal.
