Our client is looking for an experienced Project Manager with at least 4 years of experience in the construction industry, specifically with tilt wall experience. Client Details

Our client is a TOP ENR General Contractor with 40+ years in the construction industry and a strong presence across the country. They are an employeed-owned firm with a diverse portfolio of large commercial and light industrial projects.

Description

  • Primary site leader of all subordinate superintendents, subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Establish project plan, maintain weekly progress and pulse of project.
  • Manage and coordinate all job site operations.
  • Manage labor and subcontractors to ensure work quality and on-time delivery of services.
  • Maintain positive relationship with Owners, Design Consultants, and PM's.
  • Coordinate with local jurisdiction inspectors and utility company representatives to ensure compliance.
  • Strictly enforce Safety Program and manage the Quality Control Program
  • Prepare and maintain detailed short-term schedules.
  • Manage accurate invoice payment process and financial management of the project costs.
  • Resolve day to day field issues.
  • Prepare daily reports with all manpower and significant activities.

Profile

  • 4+ years of experience working in the construction industry as a Project Manager
  • Ground-up project experience preferred
  • Tilt wall / Tilt Up experience required
  • Project experience with self storage, big box retail, manufacturing, and/or distribution centers
  • Mixed commercial and light industrial construction experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Projects, Procore, Sage Construction 100
  • Strong communication skills, capable of effectively managing team interactions and complex project negotiations
  • Excellent multitasking abilities, with a track record of managing multiple projects without compromising quality

Job Offer

  • Base salary range: $115,000 - $135,000 (Package is negotiable subject to experience)
