Job description

Part time VFC Program Evaluation Consultant This position requires an active Public Trust clearance or the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance to be considered. As required by our governmental client, this position requires being a US Citizen. Cherokee Nation Integrated Health (CNIH) is seeking a Consultant (Subject Matter Expert) to provide expert guidance and consultation for the VFC program evaluation. The Consultant will leverage extensive experience in immunization programs and public health to offer strategic insights and recommendations. Compensation & Benefits: Estimated Starting Salary Range for Part time Consultant SME: Pay commensurate with experience. Full time benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K and other possible benefits as provided. Benefits are subject to change with or without notice. Part time Consultant SME Responsibilities Include: Provide expert guidance on the evaluation of the VFC program, focusing on best practices and innovative approaches. Participate in the development of interview guides, focus group questionnaires, and other evaluation tools. Offer insights into the interpretation of evaluation data and the development of actionable recommendations. Review and provide feedback on reports, presentations, and other deliverables. Advise on potential updates to VFC program implementation and policy based on evaluation findings. Collaborate with the Technical Evaluator and Data Analyst to ensure alignment of evaluation activities with overall project goals. Perform other writing and editing duties as assigned. Part time Consultant SME Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested: Advanced degree (Master's or higher) in Public Health, Immunology, Epidemiology, or a related field. Over 10 years of experience in immunization programs, public health policy, or a related area. Recognized expertise in immunization program implementation and evaluation. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to diverse audiences. Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team and provide leadership in a consultative role.
