Position Summary:
Harrison Poultry is seeking a motivated and experienced Night Shift Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will oversee night shift operations to ensure maximum productivity, cost efficiency, and adherence to customer specifications. This role is key in fostering a positive work environment and promoting safety across the night shift crew.

Key Responsibilities:

• Train and develop employees to ensure optimal performance.
• Plan and schedule resources effectively to maintain safety and quality standards.
• Manage employee performance and provide feedback.
• Foster communication and involvement across the team.
• Work with other departments to drive quality improvements and efficiency.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed throughout the night shift.

Qualifications:

• 1 or more years of supervisory experience required.
• Experience in the poultry or food industry is a plus.
• Proven leadership skills with teams of 20 or more employees.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and make independent decisions.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
• Must be available to work nights, including occasional weekends.

Education:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• College degree in a related field preferred.
