• Description:
  
  LTC LPN needed; with ASAP/URGENT Start Date
  
  Contract: 13 week contract with possible extension
  Shift: Rotating Nights 3x12/ 4x12: 7pm-7am; weekdays, EOW, rotate, float.
  Vent, Trach, ICU, Wound Care
  Must be willing to float to Miller County Hospital as needed
  
  MUST HAVE GA OR MULTISTATE LICENSE
  
  Radius Rule - any candidates MUST reside >60 miles from the facility - no exceptions
  
  BLS required; ACLS & PALS preferred (needed for floating to the Hospital)
  
  Skills Required: FM Intermediate, Vents, IV Start, Charge experience; The majority of the residents cared for require long term ventilator care. All residents on the ventilator units have trachs. There is a respiratory therapist, CNA, and, nurse assigned to each cart of 10 residents. There is typically an RN on staff unless there is a vacation request.
  
  2 years experience required
  
  COVID vaccination is required here.
  
  Cerner Charting; Matrix for LTC
  
  Qualivis Submission form and current NURSYS report required with submittal. RTO required at the time of submittal.
