Flexible scheduling: Hours of operation include: Monday - Friday from 9:45am - 6pm and Saturday from 9:45am - 2pm.

Our client is seeking experienced and passionate pet groomers to join their team in Cumming, GA
They are a local family-owned full-service pet boutique offering top-rated pet products and services designed to enhance the ultimate nutrition and lifestyle needs of pets
They were the recipients of the 2023 & 2024 Best of Forsyth County Pet Store! Our client is looking for motivated individuals to be part of their team providing an exceptional grooming experience for their customers and their pets! As a pet groomer, you will provide quality grooming services for various breeds of dogs, ensuring they are comfortable and well-cared for
Looking to hire immediately to fulfill current demand.

Openings Available:

• We are offering one full-time and one part-time position at this time.
• We have a grooming table open Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday from 9:45 AM to 6 PM
• We have a grooming table open on Saturday from 9:45 AM to 2 PM availability
• No Sundays or Holidays required

Required Experience:

• Pet Grooming: 2 + years grooming all breeds (Required)

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Professional Groomer Certification (Preferred)

Tools:
Grooming space, tub, table, dryers, supplies, grooming apparel, and clipper maintenance provided.
Must own grooming tools.

Duties include:

• Interacting with clients for grooming consultations and instructions at check-in
• Bathing, trimming & styling, and providing add-on services as requested
• Maintaining a clean and sanitary workstation/grooming room
• Being comfortable and experienced in grooming both dogs and cats (preferred)

This Job Is Ideal for Someone Who Is:

• Patient/Persistent Can manage temperamental dogs or complicated cuts, as well as everyday grooming situations in a calm manner
  We will always put the safety and well-being of our customers' pets first.
• Dependable A reliable staff member, capable of providing customer service as it relates to grooming, as well as able to create our pet owners' ideal grooming experience every visit.
• Knowledgeable Pet health and anatomy savvy along with breed specific requirements
  General knowledge of common health problems is essential to doing a job well done.
• Detail-oriented Attentive to the key details of each pet, personality, and task, while recording these details to establish client profiles for future visits.
• Customer/ Client Focused - Keeping our customers aware of their pet's groom, coat health and any findings is a top priority of our service.

Pay: $30,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year, depending on experience and productivity
Commission - determined based on groom quality, and experience)
Potential for Signing Bonus
Potential for Kicker Bonus based on Quality & Quantity of Grooms Completed
