Momentum Behavioral Services is a rapidly expanding ABA organization that provides services across the Northwest Georgia area. QUALIFICATIONS

• BCBA certification: Must be proficient in assessment, identification of client/stakeholder needs, creation of appropriate and beneficial treatment plans, execution of high-caliber service

• Must be able to work well independently as well as part of a team in a leadership role

Experience implementing IISCA methodology (PFA and SBT) a plus

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Maintains a billable caseload

• Administers and evaluates applicable assessment procedures

• Collaborates with the client and their stakeholders to identify individualized goals and objectives based on functional assessment data

• Trains and supervises technicians in the execution of the clients behavior intervention plan

• Provides consistent, high-quality supervision for behavior technicians

• Actively participates in staff training programs designed to increase overall skills • Implements program plans and other instructional activities

• Communicates in a professional and respectful manner during all interactions

• Attends and participates in meetings, fundraisers, and other sponsored events • Functions as an active member of the treatment team

• Works with clients, consultants, staff, families, and community members to implement the client's treatment plans (including parents/teacher training/consultation)

• Effectively responds to and manages crisis situations

• Completes paperwork and data collection in a detailed, accurate, consistent and timely manner

• Follows Momentum Behavioral Behavioral Services, LLC's policies and procedures

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
