Job description

Shinsung E&G USA Inc. is seeking a skilled and motivated Project Coordinator to oversee the construction of electrical parts and systems. This role requires expertise in project management, resource planning, and budget control to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with technical and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities: Project Planning and Development: Develop detailed project plans, defining timelines, budgets, and resource requirements to ensure efficient project execution. Establish project milestones and deliverables, aligning them with the overall project objectives. Stakeholder Coordination: Serve as the primary liaison between architects, engineers, and other stakeholders. Ensure that all parties are informed and that the project aligns with technical specifications and regulatory requirements. Facilitate communication to resolve issues and address project changes. Construction Oversight: Conduct daily site visits to monitor construction activities, ensuring that work adheres to project plans and quality standards. Document progress, identify potential issues early, and implement corrective actions to maintain the project timeline. Management of Subcontractors and Crews: Direct and oversee subcontractors and construction crews, ensuring that they follow project specifications and safety guidelines. Provide guidance and support as needed to address challenges on-site and ensure smooth operations. Budget Control and Cost Management: Monitor and control project expenditures to prevent budget overruns. Prepare cost reports, assess financial performance, and adjust spending to keep the project within the allocated budget. Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement them when feasible. Quality Assurance and Compliance: Ensure that all project work meets industry quality standards and complies with relevant codes and regulations. Conduct inspections to verify the quality of materials and craftsmanship and document all compliance efforts. Risk Management: Identify and assess potential risks related to project schedules, budgets, or safety. Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to prevent project delays and ensure a safe working environment. Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project records, including reports on progress, expenditures, and issues. Provide regular updates to senior management and prepare final project documentation upon completion. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in civil engineering, electrical engineering, or a closely related field. Minimum of 4 years of work experience in construction management. Skills: Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration. Proven ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
