Were looking for an
R&D Project Manager
to join our Connected Residential team in
Peachtree City, GA
(link removed) Youll be responsible fordriving the development and implementation of lighting fixtures and connected lighting projects that enable the world of IoT. The nature of the projects you will be involved with supporting are mechanical, electrical, software, testing, and regulatory compliance.

What youll do
Work with a cross functional team to manage programs from concept to commercial execution and transfer products from new manufacturing locations.
Collaborates closely with project stakeholders and cross-functional teams to document project scope and objectives.
Integrate business, marketing and technology elements to create a cohesive project vision and team charter.
Coordinates with core teams to maintain a project plan aligned with the stage gate product development process.
Manages project and product definition activities related to marketing and/or technical requirements.
What youll need
Bachelor's degree in engineering, or related discipline
3+ years of work experience in program management or engineering team management of new mechanical/electrical product development and market introductions
Proficient with project/program management tools such as MS Project and/or other bug tracking applications
Proven track record of managing new product development through a stage gate process
Strong leader with excellent communication, organizational and people skills and successful working with cross functional groups
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future company sponsorship needs.

Salary:
$100,100- 146,763
Bonus:
target bonus opportunity - 10%
