What you will do:

Troubleshoot and diagnose existing plumbing issues in residential homes, with the ability to sell solutions.

Installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems and fixtures which will include toilet replacements, faucets replacements, water heater replacements, soldering, and common plumbing repairs with a focus on promoting upgraded products and services.

Inspecting and testing plumbing systems for safety, functionality, water quality, and code compliance in residential homes with the capability to recommend necessary upgrades or replacements.

Handling customer queries, troubleshooting/resolving problems, responding to call-outs, and preparing cost estimates.

Serve customers by analyzing work orders, following daily travel schedules, listening to customers, performing designated work and proactively solving problems.

Document plumbing work performed and provide guidance to assistants or apprentices.

Maintain professional conduct and appearance in all working conditions.

What you need:

Must have, and maintain, a valid U.S. Driver's License.

At least 1 year of experience in residential plumbing service & repair

Superb customer service skills, honest, dependable, and reliable

Physical dexterity.

E. Dennis may conduct a preemployment background check and drug test, subject to applicable law.
