This position directs and oversees all personnel assigned to them and reports to the Facilities Director. This role will be responsible for assuring all projects are completed within the time frame set and budget allowed. As a Project & Training Supervisor, you will create and create and maintain a training schedule and its curriculum for all Maintenance Technicians. Dependent on the site, you will be responsible for scheduling the maintenance, processing of vehicle tags, registration and insurance on all company vehicles, as per company policies.
The Project & Training Supervisor will also assist the Facilities Director and the Community Director in all issues concerning the Monthly Consumption report. The Project & Training Supervisor will work with the Facilities Director in accordance with company policy and procedures in onboarding and terminating employees. They will make recommendations for advancement and/or salary changes for employees under his/her direct supervision, counsel staff members and take appropriate disciplinary action where warranted. The Project & Training Supervisor will adhere to all personnel directives and will perform all other responsibilities as assigned by the Facilities Director.
Responsibilities:
• Create and maintain spreadsheets for each project assigned.
• Order and track all materials necessary for each project.
• Track budget, process WTN's and Contractor invoices in Spend Management as necessary for each project.
• Perform Quality Control Inspections on all work completed via Contractors and upload before and after pictures to the Company's shared Google Drive.
• Create and maintain a class schedule for all Maintenance Technician training.
• Lead maintenance training sessions as the senior instructor.
• Maintain on a monthly basis a list of all technicians on the Classes Needed & Completed spreadsheet.
• Create and maintain a class curriculum catered to the site based on what the technicians need training on the most. The basic class curriculum can be used as a starting point.
• Complete all Grade Sheets and upload to the Company's shared Google Drive.
• Schedule all outside training, CPO, EPA & OSHA as needed for Maintenance Technicians.
• Complete monthly supervisor vehicle inspections on each vehicle assigned to an employee under your supervision.
• Dependent on the site, upload all necessary information from projects to the Asset Preservation Log.
• Complete quarterly inspections as assigned by the Facilities Director.
• Dependent on the site, schedule the service of all company vehicles, maintain the vehicle service log, and update registration and insurance records of all vehicles on the Company's shared Google Drive.
• Communicate effectively with appropriate detail to the Facilities Director regarding the status of all projects, staff training, financial matters, as well as safety, appearance and inspection standards and results.
• Other responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications:
Required Experience:
• 5 years General Maintenance/Construction experience
• 1-year Supervisory experience
• HVAC certification preferred
• Strong administrative background
• Proven knowledge and application of codes, laws, and regulations for assigned site location
Required Education/Training:
• High School Diploma at a minimum with preference to applicants with College, Community College and or Trade School Certification
• All specific certifications required by law
• Must successfully complete all required courses, classes, and training provided by MMM

Working Conditions:
• Must have ability to work non-standard hours to include evenings, weekends and holidays, if required for emergency, on-call or scheduled shifts.
Overtime hours may be required.
Salary Range Information:
The range displayed on each job posting reflects the targeted base salary for the position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Salary Range:
$28.00 per hour
