Motor Vehicle Wrecker Operator Duties/Responsibilities: Safely operate and maintain a commercial hauling company vehicle. Safely operate and maintain a public utility hauling vehicle. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Complete daily end-of-shift inspections. Complete pre-trip inspections, fuel checks and daily end-of-shift inspections. Follow DOT regulations at all times. Safely relocate specified vehicle to designated area. Communicate issues that arise while transporting vehicles. Assist with loading/unloading of vehicles as needed. Minimum Qualification: Must have the ability to climb up the back of Heavy Tactical Equipment Extremely knowledgeable in U.S. Army maintenance procedures on Heavy Tactical Equipment Knowledge of tie-down procedures The ability to pass Pre-Employment Drug Test and Background Screening is required. Ability to receive a favorable Tier-1 Investigation result and obtain, and maintain a CAC is required. Must have an active and valid Driver's License. Education and Experience : Must have a minimum of a high School Diploma / GED 4+ years' Experience moving Heavy Tactical Equipment Job Type : Full-time, Non-Exempt Work Location: Fort Stewart, Ga.
