SSA Supervisor Responsible for the maintaining and establishing storage section(s) in agreement with all regulations and administrative order (AO), Contracting Officer's Representative directives. Duties/Responsibilities: Responsible for segregation, palletizing, storing, and relocating material in assigned locations. Responsible for pick-up and store processed turn-ins from receiving and turn-in section for storage. Responsible for turn-ins of re-useable Class II, IIIP, IV, VII, IX IAW Regulations and administrative order (AO), Contracting Officer's Representative Directives. Responsible for maintaining the weapons storage area IAW AR 190-11 and AR 190-51. Responsible for performing location maintenance on all stored items. Responsible for completing complete accurate scheduled location survey/inventories. Enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) in areas for government review. Prepare, deliver, and present data, documents, and reports. Customer service and make recommendations where needed. Has stop work authority if a safety or potential safety situation occurs. Must maintain an active AKO account. Meet deadlines and detail oriented. Performs other duties and assignments as required. Support equipment includes, but is not limited to using material handling equipment, office equipment, computers, and power tools. Requires standing, climbing, bending, and occasionally working in cramped and awkward positions. Employee stands for long periods. Occasionally assists lifting and carrying equipment weighing up to 50 pounds. May be required to wear a respirator. Uses computers, office equipment, and forklifts. (This list is not conclusive) Protective Personal Equipment (PPE) devices are required. Required Skills/Abilities: Excellent oral and written communication skills. Great organizational skills and detailed oriented. Complete documents and reports. Working knowledge of Microsoft office system to include Word, Excel and Outlook. Computer and office machine skills. Basic math, problem solving skills. Be able to operate warehouse operating software systems such as: GCSS Army STAMIS System, SARSS, and/or Cargo Movement Operations Systems (CMOS). The ability to obtain and maintain a Common Access Card. Must have successfully completed U.S. Army Basic Noncommissioned Officer Course (BNCOC), in the rank and military occupational specialty of 92A30 (Supply); or, have a total of five (5) years' supervisory experience in warehouse functions. Follow all local SOPs, policies, and Army Regulations to include Performance Work Statement (PWS). Certified Defense Packaging of Hazardous Materials for Transportation preferred. Education and Experience: High school graduate or GED Able to obtain and maintain warehouse military handling equipment certifications. Maintain a valid Driver's License Maintain NACI Security Clearance.
