RightStart Therapy Services, Inc. is a growing therapy clinic offering speech-language therapy, occupational therapy, and ABA therapy to the pediatric population. Job Responsibilities
Conducting evaluations and assessments in the areas of applied behavioral therapy
Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for each patient to ensure appropriate therapy to improve overall independence and participation in activities of daily living and play
Completing documentation (e.g., initial reports, treatment notes, progress reports, etc.) in a timely manner using a designated electronic medical records system.
Updating patients and their families on therapy progress and home programs
Collaborating with other therapists and healthcare professionals when necessary.
Provide direct support and supervision to our RBT team
Provide a comprehensive parent training program
Collaborate with other providers within RightStart to provide quality treatment & continuity of care
Ensure program effectiveness
Requirements/Qualifications:
Master's degree in ABA, psychology, special education, or related field
BCBA is in good standing with the BACB

License in the state of GA
1+ year(s) experience in schools or another pediatric setting (preferred)
Ability to work in multiple settings
Some travel expected; travel reimbursement provided
