Education & Experience Required:

-Bachelor's degree in information technology or computer sciences or equivalent experience

Technical Skills

(Required)

-IT troubleshooting, knowledge of network infrastructure, Knowledge of Microsoft PCs & Servers

(Desired)

-Knowledge of support like Service Now, CyberArk, Remote Desktop, SQL Database experience

Soft Skills

(Required)

-Strong interpersonal skills, strong written and verbal communication skills, punctual and dependable

Duties:

-Support LAN infrastructure across local campus

-Support site-specific applications

-Monitor and direct trouble support processes

-Vulnerability reporting and remediation

-Assisting with Operational Technology Support

-Participate in enhancement projects across campus

-On-call support

Interaction with team:

-Working one-on-one with IT Infrastructure lead

Work environment:

-Primarily office environment with sporadic engagement on Industrial factory floor
