JOB: FIRE ALARM PROJECT MANAGER - You Must Have Fire Protection Experience to Apply

gpac, a family owned, family run search firm is partnered with a reputable Fire Protection company, in Georgia, who is actively looking to grow their already established team with a Fire Alarm Project Manager. This company prides themselves on their reputation and their commitment to delivering the highest quality fire solutions to their customers.

This Fire Alarm Project Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of fire protection specific projects which will include:


  • Sales
  • Design
  • Estimating
  • Field Work

If you can bring a project from "cradle to grave," then this is the role for you.

The Fire Alarm Project Manager will also:


  • Work to grow relationships and market share in the fire protection segment.
  • Develop and maintain client and partner relationships through building trust and providing high levels of service.
  • Plan, coordinate, communicate and facilitate activities of several disciplines on multiple projects from concept through completion.
  • Collaborate and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders and partners.
  • Manage and perform project delivery, including, budgeting, maintaining schedules, meeting budget objectives, communicating and meeting deadlines.
  • Promote safe work environments.

Fire Alarm Project Manager Qualifications:


  • NICET II
  • Experience in the Fire Protection Field and Project Management
  • Experience in Industrial and/or Heavy Commercial Fire Protection
  • Experience in Estimating, Project Management, Scheduling, billing, schedule of values and profit projections.
  • Efficiency in reading and understanding design drawings.
  • Read & understand contracts.
  • Understand specifications and create proposals for clients.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Must have a current driver's license and a clean driving record.

Fire Alarm Project Manager Salary & Benefits


  • $80,000 - $120,000 - Depending on Experience
  • 3 Annual Bonuses
