Our Brands

The Program Supervisor ensures the effective and efficient delivery of program services. This position involves managing daily operations, supervising staff performance, and maintaining high-quality service standards. The Program Supervisor will work closely with the Program Director (PD) to develop staff, manage caseloads, and contribute to strategic planning and budgeting processes. This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills to foster a collaborative and productive work environment.

  • Staff Management and Development:
    1. Assign caseloads and identify staffing needs.
    2. Conduct new hire orientation and ongoing training sessions.
    3. Oversee the implementation and certification processes for evidence-based practices.
    4. Provide supervision and performance feedback to staff in consultation with the Program Director.
    5. Assist in the recruitment and hiring process.
  • Operational Oversight:
    1. Coordinate day-to-day program operations.
    2. Facilitate staff meetings to enhance communication and teamwork.
    3. Ensure compliance with state regulations and accreditation standards.
    4. Manage client service authorization and documentation requirements.
    5. Provide direct services to families as needed.
  • Financial and Strategic Management:
    1. Assist in annual budget preparation and review monthly financial statements.
    2. Participate in the development and implementation of the strategic plan.
    3. Contribute to marketing and regional development efforts in line with strategic objectives.
  • Quality Assurance:
    1. Participate in quality improvement activities, audits, and the implementation of improvement plans.
    2. Ensure the completeness and timeliness of required documentation.
    3. Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Bachelor's degree in a Human Services related field (e.g., Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, Criminal Justice).
  • Minimum of two years' experience in a related field. Experience with children, community services, or educational programs is highly valued.
  • Supervisory experience, preferred.
