Responsibilities:

As our Permanent Administrative Assistant, your duties will include but are not limited to:

1. Providing comprehensive administrative support to our team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
2. Handling both internal and external correspondence professionally and promptly via email, phone, and in-person communications.
3. Maintaining and updating databases, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
4. Assisting with the preparation of reports and presentations, utilizing your exceptional Microsoft Office skills.
5. Managing office supplies inventory and placing orders as necessary.
6. Assisting in the planning and organization of company events.
7. Providing exceptional customer service, acting as the first point of contact for visitors and callers.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for our Permanent Administrative Assistant position will possess the following:

1. A minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative or customer service role.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
3. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
4. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
5. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
6. Exceptional customer service skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
7. Experience with scheduling, including managing calendars and coordinating meetings.
