Job description

Title: Desktop Technical Support

Location: Doraville, GA- Onsite

Duration: 6 Month Contract

Compensation: $20-25/hr

Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the US

In need a Deskside side support technician to support workstation move, equipment setup, and basic Windows troubleshooting needs. Focus on general setups like multiple monitors, Audio, Video configurations.

Responsibilities:

This Desktop support person will include level 1 troubleshooting at the deskside to troubleshoot hardware, software and network related issues

This will include setting up & configuring printers, computers, printers and peripherals

There will be needs to help users with general network logon issues and updating support tickets in our Service Now system

Help users with password resets if needed

Ensure new setups are cabled and hooked up properly

Basic network knowledge is necessary; as users will need to connect to wired/wireless networks

Support and understand Zoom conference room technology would be helpful but not required

Skillset / Experience:

High School Diploma, College Preferred

Windows 10,Windows 11,Zoom,Dell & HP Hardware, MAC

General Network knowledge

Ability to work with customers and have a technical acumen to support users at there deskside location

Strong skills working with Windows Desktops & Printer troubleshooting.

Nice to Have

Ability to support conference room equipment just basic support

Knowledge of Zoom & Zoom rooms would be a plus in this position
