Our private practice is growing and looking an amazing Front Office Coordinator to deliver the best-in-class patient care and focus on putting every patient first, every visit! Schedule: We offer a great full-time schedule with no weekends!

Monday: 7:45am - 5pm

Tuesday: 7:45am - 5pm

Wednesday: 7:45am - 5pm

Thursday: 7:45am - 5pm

Friday: 8:45am - 4pm

Saturday: Off

Sunday: Off

Responsibilities:

The Front Office Coordinator should:

Create and maintain and environment where patients are comfortable and enjoy seeing us!

Develop productive schedules.

Demonstrate understanding of insurance benefits.

Manage patient documents and records.

Process and complete claim forms.

Engage and foster patients through a positive experience.

Adhere to office dress code.

Check patients out appropriately.

Qualifications:

Open to those with no dental experience or 1+ years of experience working as a Treament Coordinator, Front Office Coordinator or in a similar role

Experience with Dentrix is a plus!

Must possess a strong desire to meet performance standards.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required
