Remote Benefits Consultant

Are you adaptable, motivated, and eager to work remotely? Join our team as a Remote Benefits Consultant, where you'll assist clients in securing financial protection through customized insurance solutions. While prior insurance sales experience is a bonus, we're open to individuals from all backgrounds. What matters most is your ability to connect, learn quickly, and help clients make well-informed decisions.

What Youll Do:

Client Interaction: Schedule and conduct virtual meetings using company-supplied leads.
Benefits Evaluation: Perform needs assessments via Zoom, educate clients on options, identify any gaps, and guide them through the qualification process.
Compliance: Stay current with relevant insurance regulations.
Collaboration: Coordinate with supervisors, managers, and the customer service team.
Targets: Consistently meet or exceed your personal daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Multichannel Communication: Engage with clients via phone, email, and text.
Active Listening: Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions.
Record Management: Keep accurate and well-organized records.
Continuous Development: Stay informed about industry trends and company products.

Essential Skills:

Coachability: Willingness to learn, adapt, and embrace new challenges.
Independence: Capable of working independently while maintaining a strong team orientation.
Customer Service: Excellent customer engagement skills.
Experience: NO PRIOR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.
Remote Work: Self-motivated, organized, and adept at managing time effectively.

Requirements:

Reside in Ohio, Alabama, Georgia, Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina, or Tennessee.
Be at least 18 years of age.
