Job description

Overview:
Under the general supervision of the Supply Chain Manager, the Supply Chain Supervisor will lead all functions related to warehousing, receiving, shipping, and material presentation/movement. You will implement Lean concepts into stockroom processes by collecting, analyzing, and auditing information and specified metrics to produce process improvement and achieve cost reductions. The Supply Chain Supervisor will ensure proper scheduling of employees to meet plant production requirements. Incumbent will ensure all safety guidelines are fully implemented and maintained.

Responsibilities:
Achieve high degree of inventory accuracy through adherence to standard processes and

procedures.

Provided fully stocked supply kits to production to ensure no impact to production timelines.

Maintain robust and well stocked Kanban system.

Perform safe and timely shipping activity with zero damage to out-bound freight.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required.

5+ years previous experience as a Warehouse or Stockroom Supervisor.

Experience leading teams.

Ability to work as needed (early, late, weekends if needed).

Baan experience is preferred.
