WEARE LOOKING FOR IN PERSON OR TH BCBA Clinical Supervisor-Telehealth

We are looking for experienced BCBA to start and develop our Telehealth Department. Must be residing in Georgia or with in 50 miles from Georgia Border.

Also looking for in person Supervisor.

Qualifications:
Current BCBA certification
Familiarity and ability to administer and interpret clinical assessments
Display excellent clinical competence and judgment
Ability to train and supervise paraprofessionals in the delivery of 1:1 ABA services
Respect for cultural diversity and the capability of adapting ABA procedures to that diversity.
Familiar and experienced providing remote Supervision with a tiered model. We will provide assistant with each initial TH case.

Responsibility:
You will have the opportunity to create real change for children and their families by:
Providing client assessments
Supervising ongoing ABA programs, assessing the performance of programs, and adjusting as necessary
Providing ABA training for parents and caregivers
Assuming overall direction and supervision of paraprofessionals
Work side by side with the Regional Clinical Directors and admin staff.
Supervise cases and assist in case assignments.
Mentor and manage clinical staff to ensure confidence, performance, quality, productivity, and morale.
