For positions requiring a security clearance, selected applicants will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Requirements Expertise and proficiency in electrical engineering principles including design and analysis for: electrical circuits, power systems, electronics, and instrumentation Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and 3 or more years' of experience in a related area Experience with FPGA implementations is required Experience with standard test equipment (such as spectrum analyzers, logic analyzers and oscilloscopes)Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative environment Periodic travel to test locations will be required Desired Skills Experience with FPGA implementations utilizing VHDL is desired Experience with XILINX as a development platform RF engineering experience Experience with schematic capture/PCB layout Description Collaborate with other engineers and logisticians in the execution of US government contracts for the sustainment and modification of USAF assets Lead teams in design and execution. Collaborate with customers to gather and define requirements. Interface with customers including briefings and technical exchanges Working with a team of engineers, design, prototype, test, and integrate digital and embedded processing solutions in support of advanced signal decoding and generation Responsibilities will include requirements documentation, preliminary and critical design, integration and testing of complex hardware and software designs Support the integration of hardware and software into a larger electronic warfare platform Clearance Information SRC IS A CONTRACTOR FOR THE U.S. GOVERNMENT, THIS POSITION WILL REQUIRE U.S. CITIZENSHIP AND ELIGIBILITY FOR A U.S. GOVERNMENT SECURITY CLEARANCE AT THE SECRET LEVEL Diversity & Inclusion We strongly believe in the abundance of differences among individuals.
