Overview:
Credence Management Solutions, LLC (Credence) is seeking a Senior Program Analyst for our Branch/XR division within Air Force Distributed Common Ground System (AF DCGS) program at Robins AFB, GA. The Air Force Distributed Common Ground System (AF DCGS) is an intelligence enterprise system, comprised of 27 active duty, Air National Guard (ANG), and mission partner sites, interconnected by a robust communications infrastructure spanning the globe. The network-centric, global enterprise provides 24/7/365 world-wide, Near-Real-Time (NRT) simultaneous Multi-Intelligence (Multi-Int) capabilities and products to Combatant Commanders (CCMDs).

Provide support to the program office by providing an analysis of data in support of program projects, including advising on the direction the IPT should consider based on an understanding of current program status, properly assessing priority of activity and development of projects to realize the optimum and most efficient outcome. The Program Analyst shall demonstrate knowledge of business and industry practices, characteristics and use of equipment, products, property, acquisitions, etc. Shall consolidate and provide information from various databases containing program data ranging from training, requirements management, performance, schedule, cost, etc. to measure and assess program effectiveness. Maintain and monitor contract budget databases to include CCaRS, Automated Business Service System (ABSS), Request and Authorization for In-scope Tasks (RAITs) and EVM reports.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the duties listed below:
Planning, Programming, Budgeting, Executing (PPBE) process/cycle; Program Objective Memorandum (POM) process/cycle.

Air Force Form 1067 requirements process and working directly with Lead Command (Air Combat Command/ACC A52D)

Development and management of Acquisition Program Baselines (APBs)

Congressional Request for Information (RFIs)

Knowledge of the Adaptive Acquisition Framework and associated pathways

Unfunded Requirements (UFRs) and colors of money (3600, 3080, etc.)

Education, Requirements and Qualifications:
Top Secret (TS) security clearance with Sensitive Compartment Information (SCI) eligibility required.

One of the following Education/Experience criteria must be met:

Advanced Degree (MA/MS) and 12 years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed, 5 years of which must be in the DoD

BA/BS degree, and 15 years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed, 5 of which must be in the DoD.

20 years of directly related experience with proper certifications, 8 of which must be in the DoD.

Working Conditions and Physical Requirements:
Job may require the employee to be:

Willingness to travel is required.

In a stationary position 50% of the time

Able to ascend/descend stairs as required.

Able to move equipment not to exceed 25 lbs. as needed.
