ABI analysts are expected to provide formal and informal reporting by conducting analysis, identify patterns, and use available tools to analyze data and discover hidden patterns to help solve some complex problems that face the DoD and Intelligence Community. Required Skills Requires TS/SCI Clearance. Possess a Bachelor's Degree in a related field OR possess at least 6 years of relevant experience in lieu of a Bachelor's Degree. Advanced experience implementing automated analytic methodologies to enable mission success. Understanding of geographic information science and technology, spatial thinking, remote sensing, GIS, intelligence issues, and the social and physical sciences to create information, characterize events, and discover relationships and trends in support of national security. Advanced experience with ABI tradecraft analyzing and fusing All Source Intelligence, e.g GEOINT, SIGINT, ELINT, OSINT, with commercially acquired data and PAI to perform data discovery and data conditioning to achieve adversary pattern of life.
Advanced Experience using various intelligence analytic tools and databases such as FADE (MIST, INTELBOOK, LINX, and WATCH BOX), JEMA, Arc Pro, QGIS, GXP, Voltron/DX, Wrangler, THRESHER, Firehawk, Cedallion to perform analysis and produce analytical discoveries and drive the decision-making process.
Experience using various commercially available datasets (AIS, ADS-B, AdTech and other GPS based datasets).
Demonstrated high proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
Knowledge of Geospatial Intelligence Functional Management Policies, International Policy, Co-Production, and dissemination of data. Proven experience managing intelligence production and activities of highly skilled technical and analytical teams responsible for developing solutions to highly complex analytical/intelligence problems. Desired Skills Experience supporting Military Combatant Command programs of record. Military background is a plus. Experience scripting with Python or ArcPy, (Numpy, Panadas)
Experience operationalizing AI/ML and CV for analytic modernization and human machine teaming
