Job description

Cyntel Technologies is currently seeking a Cyber Analyst and Electronic Warfare Analysts/Planners in support of a program at Camp Smith, HI & Joint Base Pearl Harbor Hickam, HI Job Descriptions/Minimum qualifications: Cyber Intel Analyst (JB Pearl Harbor): TS/SCI w/Poly Duties and Responsibilities:
• Conduct in-depth analysis of cyber threat intelligence, including emerging malware, vulnerabilities, and attack vectors.
• Collect, evaluate, and fuse intelligence from diverse sources, including open-source intelligence (OSINT), signals intelligence (SIGINT), human intelligence (HUMINT), and technical intelligence (TECHINT). Identify correlations and patterns to enhance situational awareness and predictive analysis.
• Assess the potential impact of cyber threats on network infrastructure and operations. Collaborate with cyber defense teams to develop and implement mitigation strategies and countermeasures.
• Provide intelligence support during cyber incident response activities, including analysis of indicators of compromise (IOCs), attribution of cyber-attacks, and identification of adversary tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs).
• Prepare and deliver clear and concise intelligence products, including reports, briefings, and presentations, for a diverse audience, including senior leadership, operational stakeholders, and technical teams.
• Foster collaboration and information sharing with internal and external stakeholders, including other intelligence agencies, law enforcement, industry partners, and allied nations, to enhance cyber threat awareness and response capabilities.
• Stay abreast of emerging cyber threats, technologies, and methodologies through continuous research and professional development. Contribute to the development of new analytical techniques, tools, and processes to improve intelligence analysis and cyber defense capabilities. Minimum Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Security, Cybersecurity, Intelligence Studies, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in intelligence analysis with a focus on cyber threats and operations.
• Proficiency in intelligence analysis tools and techniques, including data visualization, link analysis, and threat modeling. Electromagnetic Warfare Intelligence Analysts (at Camp Smith, HI & Joint Base Pearl Harbor Hickam, HI) - TS/SCI eligible Duties and Responsibilities:
• Aid senior-level strategic planning and briefings, including preparing formal papers and background information for USINDOPACOM and USSPACEFOR-INDOPAC senior leader consumption.
• Provide ELINT research and analytic detailed study to support JEMSO focused on USSPACEFOR-INDOPAC operations that will ensure freedom of action and mission assurance in all domains throughout the Indo-Pacific.
• Provide research and analysis of various ELINT related national security policies, military strategies, and capability integration that support USINDOPACOM operations and exercises with a specific focus on USSPACEFOR-INDOPAC related operations.
• Utilize state-of-the-art ELINT/processing/storage tools, technologies, and methodologies to maximize value to the operational mission.
• Continuously assess the effectiveness of EW methodologies, tools, and techniques as needed, and provide feedback and recommendations to leadership in support of operational requirements. Minimum Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree
• At least 10 years of combined experience in Electromagnetic Warfare (EW) operations, capability development and/or policy.
• At least 3 years of experience at a Combatant Command or Service Component HQ.
• At least 3 years of experience in the Indo-Pacific Area of Operations.
• Familiar with INDOPACOM Theater Campaign Plan (TCP), Deliberate and Crisis Action Plans, and Operations Plans (OPLANS).
• Experience in writing reports, graphics and information papers.
• Experience analyzing operational data.
• Proficient at Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Must have an active Top-Secret clearance and be SCI eligible. Note: US Citizenship is required to obtain a Top-Secret Clearance. Electronic Warfare Analysts (Camp Smith, HI) - TS/SCI eligible Duties and Responsibilities:
• Aid senior-level strategic planning and briefings, including preparing formal papers and background information for USINDOPACOM and MARFORPAC senior leader consumption.
• Provide research and analysis of various EW related national security policies, military strategies, and capability integration that support USINDOPACOM operations and exercises with a specific focus on MARFORPAC related operations.
• Utilize experience and knowledge to support Joint Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations (JEMSO) focused on MARFORPAC operations that will ensure freedom of action and mission assurance in all domains throughout the Indo-Pacific. Minimum Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree
• At least 10 years of combined experience in Electromagnetic Warfare (EW) operations, capability development and/or policy.
• At least 3 years of experience at a Combatant Command or Service Component HQ.
