Our work depends on a Computer Based Training Specialist/Instructor (UAS Operator) joining our team to help build and enable the readiness of our Nation's Army in the Pacific! HOW A COMPUTER BASED TRAINING SPECIALIST/INSTRUCTOR WILL MAKE AN IMPACT: Operate, integrate, fielded constructive simulation models in support of exercises and training in classrooms and work cells, reconfigurable tactical operations centers (RTOCs), vehicle pads, and other related training locations
Maintain (update as required) the existing training support packages that integrate training products, materials, and other pertinent information necessary to train in LVCG environments
Provide over the shoulder support, instruction, and subject matter expertise on simulated Unmanned Aerial Systems
Establish secure network connections for all simulated platforms during multinational theater level training exercises across the Indo-Pacific AoR
Maintains records of training activities, participant progress, and program effectiveness
Updates course documentation as needed to ensure timeliness and relevance
Provides guidance and work leadership to less experienced instructors
Perform other duties as required
Participates in special projects as required WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED: Education: AS/AA subject immaterial; BS/BA preferred
Required Experience: 4+ years of related work experience or 2+ years MTC experience
Required Technical Skills: Expert understanding and application of all UAS associated simulation software: MUSE-JSIL, ViPRS, VRSG, and NVIG
Security Clearance Level: SECRET clearance is required with ability to obtain a TOP SECRET
Required Skills and Abilities: Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills; Working knowledge of JLCCTC-MRF/ WARSIM functional operations; Maintain and monitor all mission essential hardware and software applications utilized in support of USARPAC training events
Location: On Customer Site / moderate travel required to other customer sites throughout AoR GDIT IS YOUR PLACE: 401K with company match

This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
