Critical Environment OperationsCMMS Project Scheduler The Critical Environment Scheduler - CMMS prepares Preventative Maintenance Schedules, supports Corrective Maintenance Work Order requirements, develops maintenance plans, job plans, maintains updates and validates material inventories and actions, maintains asset records, uploads documents supporting work orders, and develops reports and supports management presentations.Also responsible for compiling data unique to CMMS data in the development of KPIs and deliverables with deadlines. Responsible for aiding, tracking, monitoring status, controlling, and performing issue resolution for Preventative and Corrective Maintenance scheduled and unscheduled actions for staff, customer, and client requests. Key Job Responsibilities: Providing planning and scheduling documentation to support contracted Preventive, Corrective, and scheduled Operations for full facility operations. Providing periodic (daily through Annual) planning and scheduling support for multiple O&M location programs. Assisting Site Managers, Technicians, Customer and Client Staff in tracking of scheduled Operations and Maintenance tasks. Preparing periodic management and/or customer reports and presentations as required. Preparing Monthly projections and working with Site Managers to lock in staffing assignments, identifying future material requirements, and scheduling of critical tasks. Generate labor forecasts under the guidance of site management to support corrective and preventive programs. Able to create technical documents to support project efforts alongside site management. Assisting Site Manager in maintaining a Master schedule for each O&M program to include modifying maintenance plans, job plans, and master schedules. Adjusting activity work schedules to align with O&M Programs in other times zones. Regularly Interfacing with Site Managers to discuss resolution of problems associated with preventive and corrective work. Continuously expanding and updating operational knowledge of the CMMS and attending Client driven CMMS workshop meetings to enhance individual and team innovation and productivity. Aiding assigned technicians with CMMS training and correcting improper use. Monitoring schedules and tracking equipment maintenance using CMMS software Performing material ordering actions to include Generating and soliciting RFQs, PO processing, scheduling material delivery, and receipt. Manages material RFI's from vendor, technicians, and procurement team. Managing, documenting, and processing RFPs for various subcontractor efforts under the guidance of site management. Reviews technical documents for compliance and prepares subcontract documents. Manages and monitors subcontractor and vendor relationships to ensure seamless project award and execution. Monitors and coordinates scheduling subcontractor efforts for both corrective and preventatives maintenance activities. Follow up on and update open projects in CMMS, coordinating with both technicians and management. Will be able to collect critical information to progress projects to next steps. Evaluate project progress and provide schedule updates to stakeholders. Monitors and follows up on all follow up actions daily. Manage all subcontractor procurement efforts, leverage industry experience to support project delivery schedule. Develop work packages and procedures for execution by onsite team as needed. Education & Experience Requirements: High school diploma or GED with minimum 6-8 years of experiencein the following: Working with trade technicians and managers Supporting multiple Site locations and projects of different disciplines Collecting and compiling large data files, experience with creating databases for use by technicians and PMO. Managing large amounts of correspondence with both government entities and vendors. Working with CMMS or other programs that support maintenance operations for various assets, equipment, and facilities. Facility Operations and/or Equipment Maintenance experience and familiarity with terms common mechanical and electrical industry terms. Strong aptitude in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, Power Point) and SharePoint to create effective management and status reports. Proficient in technical writing, creating formal requests, generating proposals, and supporting project documentation. Managing subcontractor and vendor correspondence for scheduled, emergent, and urgent repair projects. An active TS/SCI clearance or the ability to obtain one.
