Threat Tec is seeking a skilled Logistic Specialist to support the Supply and Transportation branch of the Logistics Directorate. The specialist will play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations, providing logistical support for USINDOPACOM, USSOCOM, SOCPAC, and its subordinate commands. The Logistics Specialist will be responsible for administration and coordination related to the command mission and applicable guidance. Key Responsibilities GOV Fleet Vehicles: Coordinate all Government Fleet Vehicles assigned to SOCPAC, including issuance to and return by authorized personnel, and track all maintenance requirements.
Shipments Management: Track all inbound and outbound shipments throughout the Area of Responsibility (AOR).
Movement Coordination: Coordinate and manage the physical movement of shipments to shipping nodes such as DLA Pearl Harbor, 735th AMS (Hickam), FEDEX, and DHL.
Procurement: Oversee the procurement process and issue all GSA/SERVMART/Grainger requirements for SOCPAC and its subordinate units.
Supply Chain Operations: Have a basic understanding of Military Supply Chain Operations, including:
MILSTRIP processing
MIPR/Funding Document submission/processing
FIAR compliance and policies
Market research/analysis of commercial and government vendors
Alternate procurement processes (DLA Troop Support/GSA Advantage/GSA 4PL, etc.)
Forklift License: Must have or be eligible to obtain a forklift license from installations facilities management office.
System Access: Must have or be eligible to gain access to NAVSUP One Touch Support (OTS) System and DLA Disposition Services (DRMO) system. Measurable Skills and Qualifications TS SCI security clearance required.
Proven experience in logistics and supply chain operations.
Strong understanding of MILSTRIP processing, MIPR/Funding Document submission, and FIAR compliance.
Experience with procurement processes and vendor analysis.
Ability to manage fleet vehicles, shipments, and procurement processes efficiently.
Eligible or currently possess a forklift license.
