Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Logistics Lead to join our team in Camp Smith, HI. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Will serve as the primary POC for activities involving operations, planning, and exercises. Will serve as a primary POC providing logistics support across the span of operations and the execution of activities within the AoR. Will confer with leadership to provide needs, including, but not limited to transportation, property, communications, and event management, in addition to an overall understanding of the operational environment. Occasionally travel CONUS and OCONUS. Minimum Qualifications: Minimum of 10 years' experience, with 3 years (within the last 10 years) experience working at or above the Joint or Service Component Command (SCC) or equivalent level. Minimum B.A. or B.S. degree required in related discipline (Business, Management, Supply Chain Management, or other related field. Desired Qualifications: At least five years of relevant experience overseeing projects. Senior Service College level professional military education (e.g., Army War College, Air War College, Navy War College, National War College, or Fellowship), Warrant Officer Senior Service Education, or Senior Noncommissioned Officer education (e.g., Master Leader Course or Sergeants Major Course) is desired. Logistics or Supply Chain certifications from an accredited Logistics/Supply Chain organization or education/training within a DoD/Service component environment is preferred. Clearance Requirements: Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret with SCI eligibility clearance prior to starting this position. Physical Requirements: The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
