Responsibilities Peraton is seeking highly qualified candidates to fill this amazing opportunity on for the upcoming LONG-RANGE ENTERPRISE INTELLIGENCE, SURVEILLANCE, AND RECONNAISSANCE ACTIVITY (LEIA). Peraton will deliver a broad spectrum of Command, Control, Communications, Computer, Combat Systems, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C6ISR) capabilities to support SOCPAC missions and it's AORs. Capabilities include using air, maritime, ground, and space-based platforms to meet mission needs in an ever-changing threat and technology landscape. Our team will provide support to continuously evolve and leverage the latest technologies and best practices to rapidly refresh capabilities and ensure platforms and intelligence operations are optimized to support the SOCPAC missions. Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Training Requirements Lead to oversee the development and implementation of training programs that support integrated strategic communications and change management for technology modernization initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in training strategy development, curriculum design, and delivery across various media. This role requires a leader who can create innovative training solutions and enhance organizational effectiveness through comprehensive training programs. Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough assessments to identify and analyze training needs and gaps within the organization.
Collaborate with stakeholders, including department heads and subject matter experts, to define training requirements and set priorities.
Develop and implement training strategies and curricula for various stages of technology modernization projects.
Utilize diverse training methods and media, including digital learning platforms and experiential workshops, to meet organizational needs.
Develop and execute a strategic training plan aligned with the customer's mission and goals.
Monitor and adjust training strategies based on feedback, performance metrics, and emerging organizational needs.
Lead and mentor a team of training professionals, providing guidance and support to enhance their capabilities.
Oversee resource allocation, including budget and personnel, to ensure successful training program execution.
Create training plans and materials for enterprise-wide change management and strategic communication engagements.
Develop leadership training programs using a train-the-trainer approach to empower leaders to effectively disseminate knowledge.
Stay abreast of best practices and innovations in training and development to continuously improve program offerings.
Seek and implement opportunities for enhancing training effectiveness and organizational health.
Develop and manage a comprehensive onboarding program for new hires, focusing on Community Health Workers (CHWs) and other key positions.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, such as HIPAA, and maintain clear records of training and certifications.
Explore and recommend tools and technologies to enhance learning and development processes.
Manage the procurement, development, and deployment of Learning Management Systems (LMS) to support organizational growth.Qualifications Qualifications Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in training development, with a strong focus on change management and strategic communications.
At least 4-6 years of relevant professional experience in a leadership role.
Demonstrated experience in training design, development, and delivery across virtual, classroom, and large audience settings.
Secret Security Clearance Skills: Expertise in training needs assessment, curriculum development, instructional design, and evaluation.
Strong leadership, project management, and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of adult learning theory and inclusive training methodologies.
Experience in creating and managing onboarding programs and compliance-related training.Certifications: Professional certifications related to training and development (e.g., CPLP, ATD) are highly desirable.Education: Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field highly desired
Master's degree or advanced certification in Training and Development, Instructional Design, or a related field preferred.Working Conditions: Defined work location with a combination of remote and office-based work.
Occasional travel may be required for training sessions or meetings.
