Job description
Duties Responsible for the performance management of assigned personnel to include performance appraisals, employee development, and mentoring for career progression. Provides feedback and counseling as needed to increase employee performance. Assigns work and assesses progress and milestone accomplishments. Serves as approval authority for time, training, financial disclosure, and travel of subordinate employees Develops budgets, plans and tracks execution of obligations and disbursements. Actively participates in leadership development and encourages participation in subordinates. Develop, recruit and support strategic hiring direction which builds and maintains core competencies simulation-based training and exercise executive that meet the technical challenges of the joint/COCOM environment. Requirements Conditions of Employment Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation. This position requires special sensitive top secret security clearance This position requires to submit a Confidential Financial Disclosure Report, OGE-450. This position requires drug testing.
