Threat Tec has an immediate opening for an Intel Planner providing on-site planning and execution support to the Joint Pacific Multinational Readiness Center (JPMRC), Fort Shafter, Hawaii. Requirements The Intel Planner team provides continuous planning and coordination support through the Joint Exercise Lifecycle (JELC) events and exercise execution. The Intel Planner plans and supports execution of JPMRC Combat Training Center (CTC) rotations conducted in Hawai'i, Alaska, and in a partner country West of the international date line. •Intel planner attends JELC events and conduct unit exercise coordination with the assigned US Army Division as required. The Intel planning team supports scenario development and production of the Operational Environment Assessment (including the micro-OE Assessments for each Role Player cluster/village), Road to War, Orders of Battle, annexes, scripts, indicators and warning associated with the Master Scenario Events List (MSEL). Intel Planner supports exercise Intel Architecture planning to simulate higher echelon intelligence feeds via the Mission Command Network and Mission Command Systems to the Rotational Training Unit (RTU). The Intel Planner ensures intelligence function processes and coordination are confined to the actual tactical and operational network and systems the RTU would deploy with.
The Intel Planner serves as one of the key coordination links with the Division ACE during execution of CTC rotations. The Intel Planner serves as EXCON and, if necessary, HICOM team members The Intel Planner produces real-time dynamic scripting using the current products, databases, and sources available and ensures inject into the appropriate Mission Command Systems (MCS).
The Intel Planner ensures the appropriate indicators and warnings are reflected in the information environment that is simulated by the Information Operations Network (ION). Intel Planner provides a roll-up of key intelligence missed by the RTU for the AAR and Take Home Package (THP). Intel planner will support the post-rotational AAR within thirty (30) days of exercise end to improve intelligence support to the exercise. Qualifications Wide knowledge base that enables the planner to articulate how intel planning, collection, processing, and reporting relate to Corps, Division, and Brigade operations. Skill in communicating oral presentations with clarity, accuracy, and concise articulation to assure precise understanding of technical content
Skill in written communication providing background and position papers, explanations, intelligence reporting, analytical assessments, and similar documents that reflect accurate technical and non-technical content. May be required to draft or provide input for general officer correspondence,
Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility. May require indoctrination to Special Access Programs (SAP)
Valid US passport for travel internationally; 25% travel frequency expectation
US Army MEL 4 branch qualified individual preferred. Understands US Army and Joint intelligence architecture.
