Duties You will serve as the technical and administrative supervisor over the Schofield Barracks Transportation Motor Pool (TMP) in the 402nd Army Field Support Battalion - Hawaii (AFSBN-HI), Installation Transportation Division (ITD). You will serve as a Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) for specific contracts/agreements for transportation and maintenance services. You will perform quality assurance evaluation, monitoring, and reporting of contractor performance for transportation and maintenance related contracted services. You will coordinate requirements for contract services with user and the procurement organization, assures procedures are followed, and sufficient back-up information and lead-time is provided for award of contracts. Transportation Traffic Management and Distribution Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-11). For this job, you must meet the qualification requirement using experience alone no substitution of education for experience is permitted.
