Job description

We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. This role requires excellent leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to coordinate with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning to implementation.
• Allocate resources for assigned projects.
• Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors.
• Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients.
• Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent.
• Proven track record of managing construction projects, including large-scale commercial and residential builds.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in construction management software such as Procore, MS Project, and others.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
