This role offers flexibility and is ideal for a professional who can commit to at least two shifts per month, covering 24-hour call and rounding duties. The facility can accommodate provider availability and is looking to fill 3-5 shifts per month.

The position requires coverage for 3-5 days per month, with a minimum commitment of two shifts each month. The role includes 24-hour call shifts with rounding, and the site is flexible, working around provider availability as needed.

Responsibilities include managing admissions for the Level II NICU, conducting rounding and discharge planning, and attending high-risk deliveries. The Nurse Practitioner will also perform intubations and place UVC lines as necessary.

Requirements:

  • Certifications: NCC, ANCC, BLS
  • Licensure: Active Idaho license or eligible via Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC)
  • Experience: Proficiency in neonatal procedures, with strong familiarity in Level II NICU settings
  • EMR: Experience with EPIC
