Overview

St. Luke's Health System in Boise, ID is seeking a Program Manager to join our Clinic Administration team.

This position will be responsible for facilitating the end-to-end space governance process for the St. Luke's Clinic medical group and service lines.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end clinic space governance process to achieve best outcomes.
  • Develop and implement clinic space strategy to optimize experience, access, and utilization.
  • Develop and manage space request intake process from clinic leadership.
  • Manage requests through the capital planning process to ensure strategic alignment and funding approval.
  • Establish and maintain project backlog and fiscal roadmap.
  • Identify and evaluate new opportunities to meet clinic space requirements.
  • Maintains strong and significant stakeholder relationships with Shared Services teams including Real Estate, Building Services, IHT, etc.
  • Program manages clinic space projects, including relocation moves, from concept to completion.
  • Create and maintain reporting process to ensure visibility to backlog and active project status.
  • Track success metrics, including pre and post experience for both patients and providers.
  • Identify opportunities to continually improve the planning process.
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience: 5 years of experience
  • Licenses/Certifications: None
