Technical Specialist- Print and Mail services
Boise, ID (onsite)

Overview:

Technical Specialist.MS Ops position available immediately. Responsibilities include basic print and mail services, extensive lifting, standing, and walking.

Responsibilities:

• Follow direction from the on-site manager.
• Perform copy, print, and mail services.
• Lift up to 50 lbs. (assistance available).
• Maintain and operate office equipment.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
• Manage print performance and quality control.
• Organize and maintain work area and inventories.
• Meet customer satisfaction and company standards.
• Complete technical training as required.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of related experience; 5 years preferred.
• Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
• Ability to use and troubleshoot office equipment.
• Physical ability to lift up to 70 lbs. and perform varied tasks.
• Professional appearance and adherence to dress code.
• Strong technical and computer skills.
