Position Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Restaurant Assistant Manager to support our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, strong leadership skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Must be available for paid week-long training in Utah - dates to be determined.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness.
- Train, motivate, and develop staff to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve team goals.
- Monitor inventory levels, assist with ordering, and manage stock control to minimize waste and optimize costs.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and a focus on resolution to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Assist in creating staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.
- Support the implementation of marketing strategies and promotions to enhance customer engagement and increase sales.
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations and ensure a safe working environment for all employees.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus.
- 2+ years of experience in a restaurant management or supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in point-of-sale systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and some holidays.

Employee Hours:
Monday-Thursday: 9:30am-9:30pm
Friday-Saturday: 9:30am-10:30pm
Closed Sundays

Salary: $18-20/hr

Part-time and Full-time options (Full-time at Burly Burger is 30 hours a week)
