Our Five-Star rated and newly renovated Skilled Nursing facility serves adults whose health concerns prevent them from living independently. The care includes short-term, long-term, or end-of-life care. This newly remodeled facility is attached to a critical access hospital and is part of a healthcare system. The Lead Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), works under the direction of a registered nurse or team leader, provides general nursing care to patients, such as wound care, activities of daily living, and assist with being a clinical resource to other clinical team members. What you can expect from this role Flex Night Shift (7p-7a) - 2 shifts per pay period (days vary to include weekends) Patient Population: Elderly Residents: 1:19 Nursing team consists of CNAs and RNS Provide care 24/7 Qualifications Education: Graduation from a Licensed Practical Nursing program Experience: 2 years' of LPN experience Licenses/Certifications: Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure from the State of Practice and Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certified through American Heart Association or American Red Cross Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of geriatrics population Long Term Care or Skilled Nursing experience What's in it for you At St. Luke's, caring for people in the communities we serve is our mission - and this includes our own SLHS team.
