Description
The BCBA will provide and supervise ABA therapy in clinic and potentially home-based settings. The BCBA will formulate and implement treatment plans, conduct regular caregiver guidance and collaborate with team members implementing treatment. The BCBA will assist in the creation and implementation of trainings for parents and staff, monitor client progress, work to
a.c.e. is in growth mode! We are looking for candidates with an entrepreneurial mindset and can work well as a team and independently. This role would entail helping manage a caseload size of 180-200 direct hours at a clinic, with 15-20% supervision, (a few in-home clients is a possibility as well). a.c.e. values the following in our employees:

Essential Functions
The BCBA's essential function is to provide and supervise quality ABA therapy and services to clients while also serving as contact person between fellow team members, parents, other BCBAs, team members, and the Clinic Director for assigned clients.
Clinical Responsibilities
Collaborate with, and mentor team of behavior technicians and BCBAs
Lead and supervise caregiver guidance in clinic, community, and home settings
Conduct intake assessments and develop, implement, and monitor treatment plans for assigned patients
Exercise judgment on best assessment tools to utilize in treatment planning for patients and develop well rounded treatment programs
Assist with creation of training processes and materials
Assist in hiring, training and supervising of staff
Conduct functional assessments and create behavior plans that are generalizable to everyday environments
Maintain accurate, complete and organized patient notes, data, and reports
Maintain positive working relationships with patients and caregivers
Attend required trainings and meetings with advanced notice
Review technician's documentation and data collection and provide feedback as needed
Complete necessary documentation (i.e., supervision summaries, program updates, overlaps) following direct services hours
Maintain supervision schedule which includes assessments, overlaps, team meetings, parent updates, and caregiver guidance
Confer with members of ABA therapy staff and other treatment team members to exchange, discuss, and evaluate patient information for planning, modifying, and coordinating treatment program
Provide supervision to BCBA candidates as outlined in the BCBA Supervision Contract
Administrative and Development Responsibilities:
Assist in client growth and business development
Prepare and conduct Staff Performance Reviews with HR and Director for direct report staff
Assist with marketing efforts to recruit new employees and clients
As an ambassador of the company, assist with increasing patient referrals by coordinating and fostering relationships with community stakeholders, attending resource fairs, and being subject matter expert on services provided by a.c.e. therapies
Job Requirements:
Minimum education and experience as required by the BACB to board certification at the master's level
Obtain, possess, and maintain current CPR/First Aid certification and re-certification every 2 years
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong administrative skills
Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and google suite
Physical ability to play with clients in the gym, including jumping on the trampoline, pushing clients in swings, bending down, squatting
Ability to lift 50 pounds
Must conduct themselves in a professional manner, and hold themselves to rigorous standards-we promote a positive, and collaborative environment on the floor and in meetings
Volunteer in community events in which a.c.e. participates or after-hours a.c.e. events for clients and/or their families
Must have reliable transportation to be able to drive between clinic, clients' homes and community settings if required
Must have a valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance
Must pass a thorough background check
Ability to muli-task and work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team
