A Brief Overview
The US LBM Treasury Supervisor plays a crucial role in managing and optimizing the organization's liquidity, cash flow, and financial risk. They oversee various treasury functions such as cash management, cash forecasting, banking relationships, investments, debt management, and financial compliance.
What you will do
Supervise Treasury associates providing support to ensure goals are met.
Provide training and review of Treasury Analyst duties, such as cash positioning, debt management, wire entry, local bank sweeps, cash management reporting, invoice preparation and customer service.
Cash forecasting
Review bank account opening and closing documents and oversee related account provisioning and bank communications
Supervise the Treasury onboarding of new acquisitions
Letter of Credit issuance, reporting and maintenance
Internal Audit compliance
Provide oversight of customer service function. Train team members to Identify root-cause issues and resolve complex internal customer service inquiries via email and ticketing system regarding bank accounts, payments, merchant (credit cards), Pcards, etc.
Take ownership in Treasury being viewed as a trusted leader and partner by communicating and building partnerships with all stakeholders (AP, AR, M&A, Accounting, Tax, Payroll. Legal, Internal Audit and banks)
Partner with the business and act as Treasury project lead in executing banking strategies, M&A or market integrations, as well as departmental and company projects

Education Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics preferred; or BS/BA in technology, data analytics, information systems, or similar degree but preferably with course work in Accounting or Finance. Open to other degrees and/or experiences that will support the needs of Treasury.
Experience Qualifications
5 years of experience in Treasury, Finance, Banking, Data Analytics, Information Systems role preferred.
Skills and Abilities
Advanced Excel skills preferred.
Must have outstanding analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills, communication abilities, intellectual curiosity, energy & enthusiasm, and a drive for results with a high level of integrity, dependability, and accountability.
Ability to independently manage multiple analytical work streams, deliverables, and internal and external customer requests.
