We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Temporary Accounts Payable Specialist to support our finance team.

Job Summary: The Temporary Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for managing and processing all accounts payable transactions. This role will ensure accurate and timely payment to vendors and maintain positive relationships while adhering to company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Verify and match invoices with purchase orders and receiving documents.
• Prepare and process weekly payment runs, including checks and electronic payments.
• Assist with reconciliation of accounts payable and vendor statements.
• Maintain accurate records and files related to accounts payable transactions.
• Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Support month-end closing processes and assist with related reports.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient accounts payable operations.
• Perform ad hoc financial analysis and reporting as needed.
