Our Mission
To fund Cannabis Investment along with the direct production of Medical and Recreational Marijuana.
Native Cannabis Holdings is seeking a dynamic individual for the position of Cannabis Broker.
If you are an energized and an engaged self-starter looking for an opportunity to excel and grow within an exciting never before seen industry, with a company that is the cutting edge of a NEW Marketplace, we want to meet you.
You will be working remotely while reporting and working with the team in Seattle and Chicago.
Responsibilities
Develop a sales plan to pursue your own business via cold calling, networking, and/or door to door sales. Follow up with those that are willing to discuss cannabis investments with you and transition them into profitable cannabis ownership and customers. Continue to develop those relationships while constantly being on the lookout for the next.
Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
Be outstanding at relationship building.
Grow sales revenue by utilizing phone, email and potential client lists
Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, solicit further sales, and solve or refer problems
Skills and Experience Required:
An insurance broker or agent experience also real-estate agent or broker preferred but not required
Cannabis experience is not required
MUST be adaptive to social and networking pools
Technically proficient with CRM systems
Excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Comfortable presenting
Proven ability to juggle multiple projects and still meet deadlines
Recent college graduate
Freight broker
Able to travel as needed (25% local travel )

- Must be more than comfortable speaking to and in dispensaries, cannabis trade shows, and other cannabis events Able to create, maintain and build professional relationships and rapport.

- Strong sense of ambition, possess self-motivation and discipline
- A committed individual who is passionate about fulfilling the company's mission
- Naturally positive, outgoing and articulate individual who thrives in social settings
- Working cell phone/smartphone
- Solid knowledge using MS Office, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Able to travel as needed (25% local travel )
