Investment Analyst

Our growing financial services firm is seeking an experienced Investment Analyst to join our team. The investment analysts collects information, perform research and analyze assets such as stocks, bonds, currencies and commodities.

Responsibilities:


  • Analyze complex models and make ongoing investment recommendations.
  • Conduct in-depth investment research on active portfolios and assess the long-term profit-loss trajectory.
  • Reduce financial risk based on current and forecasted market trends and financial data.
  • Prepare detailed reports that help portfolio or investment managers, make key investment decisions.
  • Use complex analysis software and applications to forecast and assemble financial data.
  • Keep all client portfolios and financial data up to date.
  • Stay current on the latest financial trends and regulations.
  • Follow all The Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) rules and regulations and company policies and procedures.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business accounting, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years finance experience.
  • Strong command of financial and statistical analytics.
  • Excellent qualitative and quantitative research and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-starter with great communication and interpersonal skills.
