Reception/Administrative Assistant

Our client, a national financial firm, is looking to add to their administrative staff!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients and visitors and assist new hires.
  • Manage guest registrations and security protocols.
  • Coordinate and manage catering orders and conference room setups.
  • Maintain and organize office supplies and inventory.
  • Handle light travel arrangements, expense reporting, and scheduling as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience, ideally in a finance or professional services environment.
  • Experience with travel coordination and calendar management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Energetic, flexible, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
