As a member of the Early Head Start Network Operations team, the person in this role is responsible for coordinating daily office and logistical operations. This includes event support such as room set-up, attendance taking, and catering order coordination as well as using data to manage and coordinate space for events, support the annual calendar planning process, and ensure compliance with Head Start requirements and standards in data collection and event operations.

Reporting to the Program Operations Manager, you will:

Responsibilities:

Coordinate logistical support for internal and external EHSN Events and special projects.

Work closely with Operations Manager to collect, analyze and report on event data. Use this data annually to plan the annual EHSN Calendar and schedule all training and special events.

Collect, analyze and enter EHSN event data (registration, attendance, evaluation data) completely and accurately into Start Earlys Learning Management System (LMS) (CornerStone OnDemand) and other required platforms in a timely fashion.

Coordinate all purchases of materials, supplies and equipment for Early/Head Start Network.

Formulate, review, and edit communications content (newsletter, SharePoint, Start Earlys Intranet site, Start Early website content).

Compare costs and evaluate the quality and suitability of supplies, materials and equipment; provide price comparisons and quotes when requested.

Coordinate and organize EHSN teams SharePoint and MS Teams Files.

Perform other job-related duties as requested.

Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree in Public Administration, Business Management, Secretarial Sciences, Technology, Education, or related field required.

Minimum of 3 years related experience required.

Requires knowledge and experience in data collection and information processes and systems along with general knowledge of policy and procedure compliance.

Knowledge of Head Start performance standards, philosophy and mission desirable.

Demonstrated ability to interpret policies and regulations to appropriately answer questions.

Strong analytical, organizational, communication (both written and verbal), interpersonal, and problem solving skills.

Ability to work in a professional manner both independently and collaborate in a team environment.

Sustained concentration to detail and accuracy, including utilizing the ability to prioritize workloads.

Deep commitment to advancing diversity, racial equity, and incorporating them into interpersonal routines and practice.

Efficiently establish and handle relationships with colleagues/clients and gain their trust and respect.

Relief and experience in handling risk and uncertainty to move work forward.

Salary: We believe that all employees should be paid fairly and equitably. As of the time of this posting, the expected base annual salary range for this position is $51,825.00 - $55,000.00. The base annual salary will be based on a wide range of factors, including skills, qualifications, experience, as well as business needs and limitations.
