Our client is a rapidly growing Property / Real Estate organization who are looking to add an Accounts Payable Specialist to their team. The organization has enjoyed incredible success in the last few years' and are seeking a candidate with a property / Real Estate background and experience of processing high volume invoices.

Full job description:

Responsibilities:

• Assist with accounts payable and receivables as may be needed from time to time;
• Utilizing invoicing software, assure invoice quality and information is correct;
• Work directly with Controller and CEO to carryout various A/P duties
• Cut checks for clients, vendors, and similar personnel - precision is required;
• Assist with bank reconciliations as may be needed;
• Assist with other standard, routine accounting protocols common to monthly accounting cycles;

Qualifications:

• Experience working with cloud based accounting software and similar programs;
• Reporting and organizational skills;
• Experience working with Microsoft Excel

The Ideal Candidate:

The ideal candidate is someone looking to utilize their basic accounting skills, on a full-time basis, working with a team of similarly dedicated staff members to provide satisfactory service to our real estate clients. The individual will be organized and detail oriented with experience in basic real estate accounting procedures.
