Job Description Job Description Technical Sales Engineer U.S. Market Expansion

Are you an experienced engineer with a strong technical background and project management skills? We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Engineer to provide critical support and drive the growth of our operations in the U.S. market. If you have a knack for solving complex problems and managing intricate projects, we want to hear from you!

Must have Vacuum / Filter experience in a manufacturing environment.

What you will do:

  1. Technical Support:

    • Address technical inquiries and prepare detailed proposals.

    • Conduct technical presentations and training for both customers and internal teams.

  2. Project Management:

    • Lead and oversee customer projects from initial concept through to successful commissioning.

    • Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

  3. Customer Support:

    • Offer expert technical consultation and support to optimize product applications.

    • Perform on-site visits to address technical inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide commissioning support.

  4. Product Development:

    • Contribute to the customization and development of products to meet the specific needs of the U.S. market.

    • Collaborate with the R&D team to develop innovative solutions.

  5. Market Observation and Analysis:

    • Collect and analyze market data to identify trends and opportunities.

    • Support the development of market entry strategies and competitive analysis.

What you will need:

  1. Educational Background:

    • Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related technical field.

    • Additional qualifications (e.g., MBA) are a plus but not required.

  2. Experience:

    • Minimum of 5 years in a similar role, preferably within an industrial setting.

    • Proven experience in managing technical projects and collaborating with international teams.

  3. Technical Expertise:

    • Strong foundation in mechanical, electrical, or process engineering.

    • Familiarity with similar industrial products and services is advantageous.

  4. Soft Skills:

    • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

    • Ability to excel in a dynamic, international environment.

  5. Additional Requirements:

    • Willingness to travel frequently within the U.S. and occasionally internationally.

    • Fluent in English (both written and spoken); proficiency in German is a plus.
